1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Deviating conditions are only accepted in written form.

2. Contract Formation

Product listings are not binding offers. By placing an order, you submit an offer that we accept either by sending an order confirmation or by shipping the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices exclude shipping costs. Payment is made using the methods provided in the shop.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery time: 2-3 business days.

5. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Please report any damage immediately.

7. Right of Withdrawal

We offer a voluntary return policy of 14 days from receipt of the goods; returns are only accepted in original packaging and the costs of return shipping are to be borne by the customer.
