Shipping & Returns Policy
At Solkài, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of our products and our return process.
1. Shipping
- Shipping costs: CHF 9.-
- We only ship to Switzerland via our website. If you would still like to order from abroad, simply write to us at hello@solkaisports.com.
- Shipping is free for orders over CHF 150.-
- Shipping is handled by Swiss Post
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days
- The buyer is responsible for any issues caused by an incorrectly entered shipping address
- If a package is not picked up / cannot be delivered:
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
- Resending will only be done upon payment of additional shipping costs.
Please check your parcel upon delivery. Any damage should be reported directly to the delivery service so we can provide a replacement quickly.
2. Returns
- Please notify us of your return in advance by emailing hello@solkaisports.com
- Pack the item securely and in its original packaging
- Label the parcel with your name and order number
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned items - quick and uncomplicated.
